The work has now moved onto Elva's House with lots of improvements. Several major improvements were completed last fall. New windows and flooring were installed late summer to early fall last year. Now work has ramped up again with the warmer weather and excitement surrounding Payne Meadows. Currently lots and lots of paint is going on the walls and ceilings. Furniture will be added soon after all painting is completed.
